Using this e-thirteen Helix Plus cassette is easy. First, make sure your bike has an XD™ driver as it's required. If you have a Hope XD driver, you'll need a Cassette Shim Kit because it's undersized at the clamp location. Install the cassette on your bike's rear wheel according to the standard procedure. When riding, you'll notice smooth shifting with both SRAM™ and Shimano™ systems. The cassette's design helps reduce the un-sprung rear wheel weight, which improves your bike's suspension function and handling. You can also use a 2 tooth smaller front chainring for more clearance and less weight. For maintenance, regularly clean the cassette with a mild degreaser and a brush to remove dirt and grime. Check the cogs for wear and replace them if necessary. Since it has a 2-piece design, you can easily replace the aluminum cogs when they're worn out. Keep it dry when not in use to prevent rusting. This way, you can enjoy the long - lasting performance of your Helix Plus cassette.
