ALUMINUM HOUSING:

We use aerospace aluminum for the housing. It's super strong and has great heat conduction. Better cooling means a brighter LED. The housings are anodized and salt - water resistant, and can handle tough conditions. Tests by ultracycling athletes prove their reliability and durability.

LED COOLING:

We focus on high performance and efficiency. Cooling extends the LED's lifespan. Good heat dissipation requires the right material and design. Using your Supernova V521s front e - bike light is easy. First, decide whether you want to mount it on the handlebar or the fork. For the handlebar mount, use the included side mount bracket (ø 31.8 mm). Make sure to connect the power cable properly, and you can choose from the included SUPERNOVA POWER CONNECTOR CABLE - BOSCH Gen.1 - 4* or buy other connector cables if needed. When mounting on the fork, use the provided mounting screw, washers, and self - locking nut. The light is designed to work with e - bikes up to 25 km/h. The TERRAFLUX 4 lens gives you great illumination during the day and night. The daytime running light helps other road users see you, and at night, it lights up traffic signs and branches. Remember, the HBM lamp housing only works with the included bracket. For maintenance, keep the light clean. Since it has an aluminum housing that's salt - water resistant, a simple wipe - down should do the trick. And thanks to the LED cooling system, the light is built to last. But if you notice any overheating, it has heat sensors to keep it at a good temperature.
