It also includes 2 screw - in end plugs and 2 finishing tape strips. The tape is 2.5mm thick in the middle, tapering to 1.8mm at the edges.

Using this handlebar tape is a breeze. First, clean your handlebars to make sure there's no dirt or grease. Then, start wrapping the tape from the end of the handlebar towards the center.
