Old Man Mountain racks are the ultimate in versatility. They can be mounted on full - suspension mountain bikes, gravel bikes, road bikes, fat bikes, and even tri - bikes.
These racks have been tested in the harshest environments on Earth (we're still aiming to send them to the moon with NASA). They've accompanied riders through Iceland's freezing winters, supported GDMBR riders, and circled the globe. Now, it's your turn to take it on new adventures.
If you want to use our rack on a bike not designed for racks or switch it between multiple bikes, a Fit Kit is all you need.
Description
The Divide Fat can accommodate up to 26×5” or 27.5×4.6” tires.
It can be mounted on the front or rear of your bike.
Made from 6061 aluminum, the racks are light, rigid, and strong. The main frame uses 1/2″ (13 mm) diameter tubing for durability, and the 3/8″ (10 mm) diameter pannier rails fit all panniers.
The low pannier rail makes loading and unloading panniers a cinch, even with gear on the deck.
The deck, measuring 5.1″ x 12″ (130 mm x 306 mm), has slots for easy gear lashing and holes for mounting a light.
The adjustable dropouts keep the load low on the bike and fit various tire sizes.
The Divide Fat comes standard with eyelet mounts, and optional fit kits are available for thru - axle or QR mounting.
When eyelet - mounted, it has a 25 - kg load capacity. For more daring trips, thru - axle or QR Fit Kits can boost the capacity to an amazing 33 kgs!
It's powder - coated in a sleek black finish and comes with stainless - steel mounting hardware. And it has a lifetime warranty!
NOTE: the standard DIVIDE rack fits most regular rack mounts on touring/commuting frames.
If you want to mount it via an axle, use the fit finder below and order the relevant axle mount system separately.

Using your Old Man Mountain Divide Fat Bike Cargo Pannier Rack is easy. First, decide if you want to mount it on the front or rear of your bike. If your bike has regular rack mounts, the standard eyelet - mount setup will work great. But if you want to use it on a bike without proper mounts or switch it between bikes, grab a Fit Kit. When loading your panniers, use the low pannier rail for easy access. You can also use the slots on the deck to secure extra gear. Make sure to adjust the dropouts to fit your tire size and keep the load low. For heavier loads, consider using the thru - axle or QR Fit Kits. As for maintenance, keep the rack clean by wiping it down after each use. Check the mounting hardware regularly to ensure it's tight. Since it has a powder - coated finish, avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage it. Enjoy your adventures with this reliable rack!
