Introducing the reliable third - generation Speedbox 3.0 tuning chip designed specifically for e - bikes with Giant 2017 - 2022 motors (except the SyncDrive Pro motor with RideControl Go). This amazing chip can suppress the speed limiter on your electric bike.
Once installed, your e - bike's display will show real - time data, including maximum and average speed, daily mileage, and cruising range. It's like having a high - tech assistant on your bike!
How Speedbox 3.0 Works
Activate the tuning kit right on your bike's controller. Press the WALK button, and a 9.9 km/h (6.2 mph) value will appear. After that, you can reach speeds of 40 km/h, 50 km/h, or even over 60 km/h! To deactivate, just press the WALK button again. A 2.5 km/h (1.6 mph) value will show up, and the speed limit will reset to 25 km/h. Your e - bike will then operate as it did before chip installation.
If your e - bike doesn't have a classic control unit with a Walk button, use the + - + - button combination to activate SpeedBox. You can deactivate it in the same easy way.
Set the maximum speed of electric assistance by switching modes three levels down and then three levels up. The actual speed limit will be displayed. You can also switch the maximum speed by briefly pressing the WALK button or turning the rear wheel 360°. For example, 1.5 km/h on the display means a 15 km/h limit, 2 km/h means 20 km/h, 2.5 means 25 km/h, 3.0 means 30 km/h, and 9.9 means 99 km/h. The last limit shown will be saved after 5 seconds of inactivity.
